ANN ARBOR, Mich., September 22, 2004 - ProQuest Information and Learning announced a new agreement with the Ediciones Mayo Group for worldwide electronic distribution of five prestigious Spanish-language medical journals. ProQuest Information and Learning, a unit of ProQuest Company, creates and publishes databases for libraries and educational institutions worldwide. The Ediciones Mayo Group, based in Barcelona, offers medicine and pharmaceutical journals, books, multimedia, continuing education and marketing services. “ProQuest brings these important medical journals to our databases to support our very significant and growing market in The new titles review in detail the latest developments in Spanish health affairs and progress in disease treatment worldwide.
