Question
ProQuest is telling me it is unavailable, what should I do?
Answer

This message is due to unexpected system outage or a scheduled system maintenance. 

In the event of an unexpected outage, we have every available resource working on the problem with the goal of restoring access to the system as soon as possible. We will continue to post updates on our gateway message as more information becomes available.  We apologize for this inconvenience to you. 

In the case of a schedule maintenance, we will post this information as well.  You can be informed of any such scheduled maintenances ahead of time by joining our email list.  It is a great way to get information on content updates too.
