The recommended config file to use with EZproxy is:

Note: You should also add your Proxy Server information to your account in LAD. This will ensure that when the system generates links in the marked list or when article links are e-mailed that the Proxy prefix is included in the URL. This is done in LAD in the Account Preferences section under "Search Interface settings". Please contact Technical Support for help in setting this up.
