Why am I unable to log in to ProQuest from the library's homepage?
Answer

If your library has provided remote instructions, and you are unable to access ProQuest, please review the following information:

  • Check your system.  To ensure you will be able to successfully access any of our products, please click on our Browser Health Check.
  • Special note for satellite ISP users, please click here.

If you still can't log in, contact your library for additional information or assistance. If a proxy server is being used, your library may have provided instructions to reconfigure your browser in order to access ProQuest. The library System Administrator should be able to assist you with any instructions they provide to log in.

If your library has not provided instructions, ask your library reference desk or online services for instructions or log in information for connecting remotely to ProQuest.

ProQuest Technical Support will not provide username and password information to users.
